密封条排气孔对天窗系统噪声的影响

针对汽车天窗密封条压缩时排气不畅产生摩擦噪声的问题，采用有限元分析软件Abaqus和正交试验方法进行优化设计。结果表明：排气孔位置对密封条压缩力影响最大，在密封条长度方向安排4个Φ2 mm排气孔的情况下，密封条压缩时产生的噪声最小。;Focus on the problem that the friction noise caused by the poor exhaust of the sunroof weatherstrip during compression，the finite element analysis software Abaqus and the orthogonal test method were used to optimize the weatherstrip design.The results showed that the position of the air vent had the greatest influence on the compressive force of the weatherstrip.When 4 of Φ2 mm air vents were arranged along the length direction of the weatherstrip，the noise of the weatherstrip during compression was the lowerest
