Abstract:

介绍245/7019.5 16PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径837.7mm,断面宽256.2 mm,行驶面宽度192mm,弧度高10mm,胎圈着合直径493.3mm,胎圈着合宽度215.9mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.03,花纹深度 13 mm,花纹饱和度 77.5%,花纹周节数 77。施工设计:胎面采用热冷喂料双复合挤出,采用4层带束层结构,1#—3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用Φ1.83 mm胎圈钢丝,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、双模B型热板硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,充气轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合设计和相应国家标准要求。;The design on 245/70R19.5 16PR all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?837.7 mm,cross-sectional width?256.2 mm,width of running surface 192 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?493.3 mm,bead width at rim seat?215.9 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?1.03,pattern depth?13 mm,block/total ratio?77.5%,and number of pattern pitches?77.In construction design,the following processes were taken:using hot and cold feed co-extruded tread,using 4 layer construction for belts,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt,3+9×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,Φ1.83 mm bead wire for bead,using three-drum one stage building machine to build tire and double-mold B-type hot-plate curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance met the requirements of the design and national standards
