Abstract:

设计防火聚四氟乙烯软管组件。四氟乙烯内管由两部分组成,内层掺用一定比例的导电炭黑,而外层则为纯四氟乙烯材料;金属接头采用倒刺式与多槽式复合结构;防火设计采用聚四氟乙烯软管外覆防火硅橡胶套管的形式;扣压模具设计为八瓣式。通过优化设计,提升了软管组件耐压、耐高低温、防静电、防火等性能,能够满足不同系统的使用需求。;Fire proofing polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)hose assembly was designed. The inner PTFE tube consisted of two layers:the inner layer compound was filled with a certain proportion of conductive carbon black,and the outer layer was made of pure PTFE material. The metal joint had a complex construction of barbed structure and multiple groove structure. The fire proof design was a fire proof silicone jacket which covered the inner PTFE tube. The pressing die was designed with eight-valve structure. With this design,the pressure resistance,high and low temperature resistance,antistatic property,and fire proof property were excellent,and the product could meet the requirements of different systems
