碳纤维/硅橡胶复合材料的制备

以硅烷偶联剂为相容剂研制碳纤维/硅橡胶复合材料。最佳配方为硅橡胶　100，白炭黑　20，碳纤维　12，偶联剂KH-550　2. 5，三氧化二铁　1，硬脂酸　1，防老剂D　1，交联剂DCP　5，促进剂M　1；最佳一段硫化条件为175 ℃/10 MPa×30 min，最佳二段硫化条件为200 ℃（常压）×2 h。;Carbon fiber/silicone rubber composite was prepared by using a silane coupling agent as the compatibilizer. The optimum formula was as follows：silicone rubber　100，silica　20，carbon fiber　12，coupling agent KH-550　2. 5，ferric oxide　1，stearic acid　1，antioxidant D　1， crosslinking agent DCP　5，and accelerator M　1. The optimum first stage curing condition was 175 ℃/10 MPa×30 min，and the optimum second stage curing condition was 200 ℃（atmospheric pressure）×2 h
