改性白炭黑/改性硅橡胶复合弹性体的自修复性能DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.02.0091 Keywords: [自修复,表面改性,白炭黑,硅橡胶,复合弹性体,力学性能, 自修复,表面改性,白炭黑,硅橡胶,复合弹性体,力学性能,self-healing,surface modification,silica,silicone rubber,composite elastomer,mechanical properties] Abstract: 采用六甲基二异氰酸酯半封端的脲基嘧啶酮对硅橡胶和白炭黑进行改性,制备了具有自修复性能的改性白炭黑/改性硅橡胶复合弹性体。研究表明:复合弹性体中存在氢键作用,其具有良好的自修复性能;随着改性白炭黑用量的增大,复合弹性体的初始及自修复拉伸强度均增大,但自修复效率略微降低;改性白炭黑对复合弹性体的力学性能及自修复性能均有增强作用。;The silica and silicone rubber was modified with semiclosed ureapyrimidinone with hexamethyldiisocyanate(UPy-NCO),and the modified silica/modified silicone rubber composite elastomer with self-healing property was prepared.The result showed that hydrogen bonding existed in the composite elastomer,which had a good self-healing property.With the increase of the addition level of modified silica,both the initial and the self-healing tensile strength of the composite elastomer were increased,but the self-healing efficiency decreased slightly.Modified silica enhanced the mechanical property and self-healing property of the composite elastomer
