Abstract:

介绍了帘线假定伸张值(δ1)的传统选取依据,提出一种通过结构分析与热分析的耦合作用并应用材料热胀冷缩特性模拟帘线假定伸张值对轮胎性能影响的方法。模拟结果分析表明,帘线假定伸张值增大,轮胎的外直径呈近似线性递增趋势,轮胎断面宽呈近似线性递减趋势,且对应力集中的影响不大。;The criteria for setting the presumed stretch ratio of cord δ1 in the traditional method were described.A method for emulating the presumed stretch ratio of cord based on the coupling of structural analysis and thermal analysis and the thermal swell and cold shrink characteristics of material was proposed and the influence of δ1 on the tire performance was investigated.The results showed that the O.D of tire tended to increase and the sectional width tended to decrease nearly linearly with little affect on the stress centralization
