单体接枝改性炭黑填充NR复合材料的研究

采用单体接枝改性法制备炭黑填充型NR复合材料，并对其性能进行研究。结果表明，在NR胶乳与炭黑的混合体系中加入适当的单体M（BA，MMA或GMA）和引发剂，使单体M与NR大分子发生接枝反应的同时，与炭黑表面的活性基团发生反应，制备NR/M/炭黑复合材料；该复合材料的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能优异，热稳定性和抗湿滑性良好。;The carbon black/NR composites modified by different grafting monomers were prepared，and their properties were investigated.The results showed that a carbon black/NR composite with excellent physical properties and thermal-oxidative aging resistance，and good thermal stability and wet traction was obtained by adding a proper monomer M(BA，MMA or GMA) and an initiator，and making M graft to NR molecule and react with active group on surface of carbon black simutaneously
