三元乙丙橡胶汽车密封条着色污染的测试与分析DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.12.0944 Keywords: [三元乙丙橡胶,汽车密封条,油漆,着色污染,促进剂, 三元乙丙橡胶,汽车密封条,油漆,着色污染,促进剂,ethylene propylene diene monomer,automobile sealing strip,paint,staining pollution,accelerator] Abstract: 研究三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)汽车密封条对车身油漆着色污染的测试方法,分析着色污染原因。结果表明:与VDA 675242推荐方法和恒温恒湿环境模拟测试法相比,湿热交变模拟测试法能够有效判别EPDM密封条导致车身油漆黄变的潜在风险;EPDM密封条对车身油漆的着色污染以高湿环境中水抽提污染为主;高着色性促进剂的残留和析出是导致EPDM密封条着色污染的关键因素。;The test methods of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) automobile sealing strip staining pollution to paint were studied,and its reason was analyzed.The results showed that,compared with the VDA 675242 standard method and constant temperature and humidity simulation test method,the temperature and humidity alternating simulation test method could effectively identify the potential staining risk of paint by EPDM sealing strips.The water extraction pollution was the main reason for EPDM sealing strip staining pollution to paint in high humidity enviroment,and the residual and precipitation of accelerators with high staining tendency contributed most to the staining pollution of EPDM sealing strip
