油封弹簧规格的选择及适用性分析

介绍油封弹簧径向力（P）的一种计算方法，并进行试验验证。选取8种常用规格（0.30×1.6，0.36×2.0，0.45×2.5，0.50×3.0，0.60×3.5，0.80×4.0，1.00×5.0和1.20×7.0）的油封弹簧，在不同轴径（50～1 600 mm）和不同伸长率（＜10%）下分别计算P；依据P的推荐取值，得出适合规格油封弹簧轴径的适用范围，为油封弹簧的选型和设计提供参考。;A calculation method of radial force of oil seal spring（P） was introduced，and its test verification was carried.8 kinds of common oil seal springs（0.30×1.6，0.36×2.0，0.45×2.5，0.50×3.0，0.60×3.5，0.80×4.0，1.00×5.0 and 1.20×7.0） were selected，and under different shaft diameters（50～1 600 mm） and different elongation（＜10%），P values were calculated.According to the recommended P values，the applicable ranges of the shaft diameter of suitable specifications oil seal spring were given，a reference for the selection and design of the oil seal spring was provided
