逐步I型区间删失下逆威布尔分布的参数估计
The Parameter Estimation of Inverse Weibull Distribution under Progressive Type-I Interval Censoring

基于逐步I型区间删失样本,通过求解似然方程并不能得到未知参数的极大似然估计.该文利用EM算法得到了参数估计的迭代公式,为了简化计算过程,得到了求参数估计的另一种方法.通过数值模拟可看到:参数估计值与真值非常接近,相对偏差较小,从而说明EM算法是可行的.
Based on progressive type-I interval censored samples,the maximum likelihood estimation of the unknown parameters can't be obtained by solving the likelihood equation.The iterative formulas of the parameter estimation are obtained by EM algorithm,in order to simplify the calculation process,another method of parameter estimation is obtained in this paper.It can be seen that the estimated values of the parameters are very close to the true values through numerical simulation,and the relative deviation are small,which shows that the EM algorithm is feasible
