气相色谱外标法测定低浓度汽油抗爆剂MMT的含量

Abstract:
建立气相色谱外标法测定低浓度汽油抗爆剂甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰( MMT)的含量.采用OV-101毛细管柱(30 m ×0.25 mm,0.25μm);载气:氮气;FID检测器;检测器温度350℃,进样口温度250℃,分流比50:1,程序升温.采用外标法测定低浓度汽油抗爆剂MMT的含量,在1.029~40.192 mg?mL-1范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系( r=0.99944),平均回收率为99.78;,检出限为0.001 mg? mL-1,相对标准偏差小于2.0;.所建立的外标法简便可行、重现性好,可用于低质量浓度MMT含量的测定,能满足科学研究和工业生产的需要.
To establish HPLC with external standard method for determination of low concentration MMT used for anti-detonator. OV-101(30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 25 μm)capillary column was used with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector. The column temperature rise programming with split ratio of 50: 1.
