甘氨酸锰的合成及表征

Abstract:
以甘氨酸和硫酸锰为原料合成了饲料添加剂甘氨酸锰,并通过IR、TG和X-射线单晶衍射分析确定了化合物的结构.分析表明甘氨酸锰为复合物,其晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群为 P-1,晶胞参数:a=0.60244(3)nm,b=0.67869(4)nm,c =1.39110(8)nm,α=85.447(5)°,β=83.221(5)°,γ=83.229(5)°,V=0.53085(5)nm3,分子式为 C2 H15 NO11 MnS,Mr =316.15,Z =2,R1=0.0225,wR2=0.0562(I>2σ(I)),S=1.081.化合物中锰的配位数为6,配位多面体为变形的八面方体构型,分子式为{[Mn(C2H5NO2)2SO4?4H2O](MnSO4?6H2O)}.
Glycine and manganese sulfate were used to synthesis manganese glycine which was a kind of feed addi-tives. Its structure was determined by IR,TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Center of complex ions of Mn coordination number is 6,coor-dination polyhedron as distortion of octahedral configurations,the molecular formula is{[Mn(C2H5NO2)2SO4?4H2O]? (MnSO4?6H2O)}
