Abstract:

以Ce(NO3)3?6H2O和无水FeCl3为原料、乙二醇为溶剂,通过溶剂热法成功地制备了花状Fe/CeO2固溶体多级纳米结构. 考察了温度和时间对产物形貌的影响.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱分析仪(EDX)和热分析(TG)对产物进行了表征.当硝酸铈和氯化铁的物质的量的比为1:1,反应温度为180 ℃,反应时间为12 h时,产物尺寸分布均匀,为花状结构,直径约为5 μm.用循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗电化学方法研究了其电化学性能.结果表明:Fe/CeO2在2 mol?L-1的KOH电解液中发生了相互协同的氧化-还原和嵌入/脱嵌反应,有望用作超级电容器的电极材料.
In this paper,flower-like Fe/CeO2 Hierarchical nanostructures are successfully prepared through a hydrothermal method using Ce(NO3)3?6H2O and anhydrous FeCl3 as raw materials and ethylene glycol as solvent.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the morphology of the product are investigated.The products are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDX)and thermal analysis(TG).The uniform product with a diameter of about 5 μm is obtained when the ratio of cerium nitrate(Ce(NO3)3?6H2O)and ferric chloride(FeCl3)is 1:1 after the reaction mixture is heated at 180 ℃ for 12 h.Electrochemical performance of Fe/CeO2 in 2 mol?L-1 KOH electrolyte is studied by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that Fe/CeO2 presents the synergistic oxidation-reduction and insertion-deinsertion reaction in 2 mol?L-1 KOH electrolyte,and can be used as electrode material for supercapacitor
