新型还原性电纺纤维膜的绿色制备与催化应用

Abstract:
以天然绿茶水为溶剂代替传统的化学试剂作为静电纺前驱体溶液,采用静电纺丝技术有效地将茶水中的活性多酚类物质保留在纤维中,并通过茶多酚类物质从纤维中的缓释原位还原AgNO3生成Ag,制备了一种新型还原性PVA/SiO2/茶多酚(PVA/SiO2/TP)复合纤维膜.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)对纤维的形貌和结构进行表征,并进一步探索了负载有Ag纳米颗粒的复合薄膜的催化性能.结果表明:PVA/SiO2/TP在水中具有良好的稳定性,Ag纳米颗粒均匀负载于纤维表面; 而且,这种通过原位还原法制备的Ag/PVA/SiO2纤维膜能够有效地催化NaBH4降解亚甲基蓝,表现出良好的催化性能,在催化和生物医药等领域具有潜在的应用价值.此外,整个制备过程完全符合绿色化要求,选用无污染的溶剂、绿色还原剂及保护剂,反应条件也相对温和,是一种“绿色”制备纳米材料的新方法.
Green tea is applied as the solvent to prepare a novel PVA/SiO2/tea polyphenols(PVA/SiO2/TP)nanofiber membrane via the electrospinning technique,which effectively confines the tea polyphenols within the nanofibers.With the gradual releasing of TP from PVA/SiO2/TP nanofibers,the surface of PVA/SiO2/tea polyphenols membrane can function as the reactive sites and reduce AgNO3 into Ag nanoparticles without any extra reagents.The surface morphology and structure of the Ag/PVA/SiO2 fibers are characterized by SEM and XRD,while the catalytic performance is investigated as well.The results show that the PVA/SiO2/TP has good stability in water and AgNPs can be uniformly coated on the surface of PVA/SiO2 nanofibers.Furthermore,the Ag/PVA/SiO2 nanofiber membrane exhibits excellent catalytic properties for the degradation of methylene blue.The membrane thus obtained is promising for potential applications in catalysis and bio-medical fields.Moreover,the whole process is completely an innovative "green" preparation approach which is in good accordance with the requirement of no toxic solvent medium,green reducing agents and protectant,and no harsh reaction conditions
