师范类体育教育训练学硕士研究生培养模式改进策略
The Improvement Strategy of Normal Master′s Training Mode of Physical Education and Training

通过分析比较北京师范大学、华东师范大学等10所师范类大学体育教育训练学专业硕士研究生培养模式，找出该培养模式目前存在的突出问题，并根据当今社会对体育人才的需求提出相应的改进策略。
Prominent problems of this training mode were pointed out in this thesis through the analysis and compari-son of P. E and Training postgraduates′training mode among the following ten normal universities-Beijing Normal U-niversity,East China Normal University and Northeast Normal University,And some corresponding improving strate-gies made based on social demands for sports talents were also provided in this paper
