Abstract:

摘要 目的 探讨3-溴酪氨酸在嗜酸性粒细胞性哮喘小鼠相关体液中含量的变化及与哮喘的关系。 方法 BABL/C雌性小鼠48只,随机分为实验组和对照组各24只,实验组使用鸡卵蛋白(OVA)诱导建立嗜酸性粒细胞性哮喘小鼠模型,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测两组小鼠血液、尿液及肺泡灌洗液中3-溴酪氨酸的含量,并进行分析比较。 结果 实验组小鼠肺泡灌洗液及尿液中3-溴酪氨酸的含量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.25、4.56,P<0.05)。实验组血液中的3-溴酪氨酸含量略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组肺泡灌洗液和尿液中3-溴酪氨酸含量与肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸性粒细胞数呈正相关(r=0.89、0.46,P<0.05)。 结论 通过检测肺泡灌洗液及尿液中3-溴酪氨酸的水平有可能为哮喘的诊断提供帮助。
Abstract:Objective  To investigate the changes in 3-bromotyrosine level in the body fluids of mice with eosinophilic asthma and its relationship with asthma. Methods  Forty-eight female BALB/C mice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 24 mice in each group. Ovalbumin (OVA) was used to establish a mouse model of eosinophilic asthma in the experimental group. The levels of 3-bromotyrosine in blood, urine, and alveolar lavage fluid of the two groups were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and then compared. Results  Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a significantly higher level of 3-bromotyrosine in alveolar lavage fluid and urine (t=4.25,4.56,P<0.05) and a insignificantly higher level in blood (P>0.05). In the experimental group, the content of 3-bromotyrosine in alveolar lavage fluid and urine was positively correlated with the number of eosinophils in alveolar lavage fluid (r=0.89,0.46,P<0.05). Conclusion  The level of 3-bromotyrosine in alveolar lavage fluid and urine may be helpful for the diagnosis of asthma
