Abstract:

摘要 目的 比较全血异常糖链糖蛋白(TAP)与血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原125(CA125)和糖链抗原153(CA153)对乳腺癌诊断的价值。 方法 选取我院2017年2月—2018年9月经病理组织学检查诊断为乳腺癌病人161例,正常体检的女性1 196例,以及纵向研究的乳腺癌病人24例,比较TAP和血清CEA、CA125、CA153对乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度,同时比较161例乳腺癌病人肿瘤标志物异常与正常者全血TAP的差异,以及24例乳腺癌病人手术前后TAP表达的变化。 结果 TAP诊断乳腺癌病人的灵敏度显著高于血清CEA、CA125和CA153(P<0.01)。乳腺癌病人全血TAP水平显著高于正常女性(t=-35.80,P<0.01)。血清CEA、CA125、CA153异常病人全血TAP水平显著高于血清CEA、CA125、CA153正常者(t=-3.01,P<0.01)。乳腺癌病人术后TAP表达水平显著低于术前(t=3.72,P<0.01),但手术前后血清中CEA、CA125、CA153表达差异无显著性。 结论 TAP诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度优于血清CEA、CA125和CA153,可作为乳腺癌筛查的指标。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of whole blood tumor abnormal protein (TAP) versus carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), and carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 161 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer in our hospital from February 2017 to September 2018, 1 196 normal women who underwent physical examination, and 24 breast cancer patients enrolled in longitudinal stu- dies were enrolled. The sensitivities of TAP, CEA, CA125, and CA153 in the diagnosis of breast cancer were compared, and whole blood TAP was compared between the 161 breast cancer patients with normal or abnormal tumor markers. The change in TAP after surgery was observed in 24 breast cancer patients. Results TAP had a significantly higher sensitivity than serum CEA, CA125, and CA153 in the diagnosis of breast cancer (P<0.01). The breast cancer patients had a significantly higher level of whole blood TAP than normal women (t=-35.80,P<0.01). The patients with abnormal serum CEA, CA125, and CA153 had a significantly higher level of whole blood TAP than those with normal serum CEA, CA125, and CA153 (t=-3.01,P<0.01). The breast cancer patients had a significant reduction in TAP after surgery (t=3.72,P<0.01), while there were no significant changes in serum CEA, CA125, and CA153 after surgery. Conclusion TAP has a higher sensitivity than serum CEA, CA125, and CA153 in the diagnosis of breast cancer and can thus be used as a promising marker of breast cancer
