摘要 目的 探讨磷脂酰肌醇-4-磷酸酶Ⅱ(INPP4B)在乳腺癌中的表达以及与乳腺癌病人临床特征、预后的关系。 方法 收集264例乳腺癌病人病理切片，采用免疫组化技术，分析INPP4B的表达情况；并分析INPP4B表达与病人年龄、淋巴结转移数目、组织学分级、肿块大小、雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、人类表皮生长因子受体-2、增殖指数（Ki67）、细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)、P53及乳腺癌亚型关系；通过随访获得病人无病生存期（DFS），以进一步探讨INPP4B表达与乳腺癌病人预后的关系。 结果 54例病人INPP4B蛋白表达阴性，其中三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）病人INPP4B表达阴性率明显高于其他的亚组(χ2=3.22，P＜0.05)；INPP4B表达阴性与ER与PR表达阴性（χ2=2.32、4.08，P＜0.05）、CK5/6表达（χ2=6.19，P＜0.05）、无脉管癌栓（χ2=7.98，P＜0.05）、较高Ki67水平（χ2=2.89，P＜0.05）密切相关。INPP4B表达阴性与TNBC病人DFS缩短有关（χ2=9.45，P＜0.05）。 结论 INPP4B表达阴性在TNBC中更为常见；INPP4B表达阴性与乳腺癌病人不良预后有关。 Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression of inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type Ⅱ (INPP4B) in breast cancer and its association with the clinical features and prognosis of breast cancer patients. Methods Pathological sections were collected from 264 breast cancer patients and immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of INPP4B. The association of INPP4B expression with age, number of lymph node metastases, histological grade, tumor size, estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (Her-2), Ki67 proliferative index, cytokeratin 5/6 (CK5/6), P53, and breast cancer subtype was analyzed, in order to further investigate the association of INPP4B expression with the prognosis of breast cancer. Results Of all patients,54 had negative expression of INPP4B protein, and the patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) had a significantly higher negative rate of INPP4B expression than those with other subtypes (χ2=3.22,P<0.05). Negative INPP4B expression was closely associated with negative expression of ER and PR (χ2=2.32,4.08,P<0.05), CK5/6 expression (χ2=6.19,P<0.05), absence of intravascular tumor thrombi (χ2=7.98,P<0.05), and a high Ki67 index (χ2=2.89,P<0.05). Negative INPP4B expression was associated with shortened disease-free survival in TNBC patients (χ2=9.45,P<0.05). Conclusion Negative INPP4B expression is more frequent in patients with TNBC subtype and is often associated with the poor prognosis of breast cancer
