Abstract:

摘要 目的 研究Wnt信号通路相关蛋白卷曲蛋白受体3(FZD3)和核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)蛋白在牙源性角化囊肿(OKC)组织中的表达及其意义。 方法 选取2015年1月-2019年10月青岛市市立医院口腔颌面外科行开窗减压术治疗的OKC患者22例,获取囊壁组织(实验组)及其周围正常口腔黏膜组织(对照组)标本。通过免疫组织化学方法染色检测FZD3、Nrf2蛋白在两种组织中的表达情况。 结果 实验组中FZD3蛋白中等阳性表达16例,强阳性表达6例,对照组中FZD3蛋白弱阳性表达22例;实验组中Nrf2蛋白阳性表达14例,对照组22例Nrf2蛋白均阴性表达。两组间FZD3、Nrf2蛋白表达比较差异有显著性(Z=-6.255、-4.387,P<0.01)。 结论 FZD3、Nrf2蛋白在OKC囊壁组织中高表达,可能与OKC的发病有关。
Abstract:Objective To study the expression of the Wnt signaling pathway-related protein frizzled class receptor 3 (FZD3) and nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) in odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) tissue and its significance. Methods Twenty-two patients with OKC who had undergone fenestration decompression in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Qingdao Municipal Hospital, from January 2015 to October 2019 were enrolled. The cyst wall tissue (experimental group) and normal oral mucosa tissue around the OKC (control group) were collected from the patients. The expression of FZD3 and Nrf2 proteins in the two types of tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The FZD3 protein expression was moderately positive in 16 cases and strongly positive in 6 cases in the experimental group, and it was weakly positive in 22 cases in the control group. The Nrf2 protein expression was positive in 14 cases in the experimental group and negative in all 22 cases in the control group. There were significant differences in FZD3 and Nrf2 protein expression between the two groups (Z=-6.255,-4.387,P<0.01). Conclusion The high expression of FZD3 and Nrf2 proteins in the cyst wall tissue of OKC may be associated with the development of OKC
