Effectiveness Metrics in Platform Economy

Sa？etak New economic platforms require a new definition of metrics to measure business performance. This paper presents the concept of metrics as different companies see and proposes a metric model that synthesizes models that are analysed and warns of frequent defects in defining metrics used by companies. Particular attention is given to defining metric levels and life cycle. A model of metric phases is proposed with regard to company development.
