进行了用电管理信息系统的总体设计,介绍了电费管理系统的结构功能,提出了两部制大用户电费抄表卡的设计思想.通过对电费管理业务流程和数据流程的详细分析,对用户、配变、表计等各种信息进行了合理设计,使该设计具有两部制大用户动态数据的录入和修改、电费电量的计算和查询、各种统计报表的输出等功能.达到快速处理两部制大用户电量电费,及其他相关信息,大大提高了电费信息管理的水平.;This paper puts up the general design of management information system(MIS) of power consumption, introduces the structural function of electric expense management, designs the electric expense cards for large double-users. Through the detailed analysis of the business procedure and data procedure of electric expense management, various kinds of information are reasonably designed, such as user,transformer and meter, the inputting and modification of large double-users' dynamic data, the calculation and inquiry of electric consumption and electric expense, the output of different statistical reports. Thus it can process large double-users' electric consumption and electric expense and other relevant information quickly, the level of electric expense information management being greatly raised
