DY-2000分布式数据采集系统的应用

结合崇明电力公司的对3台机组常规仪表采用DY-2000分布式数据采集系统的成功改造,介绍了DY-2000分布式数据采集系统的技术特点、系统构成及注意事项.改造结果不仅取消了大量BTG盘上的分立式表计,减轻了热工专业的劳动强度,而且给运行人员的监盘和操作提供了方便.同时,利用DY-2000系统数据共享的特点,为公司M IS系统及时提供实时数据,有利于各级领导掌握设备状态,提高和改善企业的管理水平.;The technological characteristics,the system structure and notes for DY-2000 distributive data acquisition system are presented,according to successful technical retrofitting of 3 units conventional instruments adopting DY-2000 distributive data acquisition system by Chongming Electric Power Company.The retrofitting result not only cancels a great deal of discrete instruments on BTG board,alleviates labor intensity of thermal engineering process control,but also provides convenience for operators in the inspection and operation.Meanwhile,on-line data for MIS system are provided in time using the data sharing of DY-2000 system.It is beneficial for leadership at all levels to be informed of the state of facilities,to raise and improve the enterprise management level
