电力企业在设计内部控制制度时,普遍存在重财务控制,忽视内部控制与管理机制之间的联系.将内部控制融于管理机制,在电力企业管理机制设计中考虑并体现内部控制的要求,形成融内部控制和电力企业管理体系于一体的整合型管理体系思路.;When electric power enterprises design their internal control system,they usually focus on financial control while ignoring the necessary combination of internal control and management mechanism.This thesis associates internal control with management mechanism,taking the requirements of internal control into consideration in designing the management mechanism of electric power enterprises.Hence,an integrated management system is created which mingles internal control with management system of electric power enterprises
