基于拉姆齐定价的分时电价模型研究

提出了按拉姆齐定价原理制定供电侧分时电价的模型.模型构建的基本思路是将拉姆齐定价原理运用到对时间的区分上,根据不同时段用户需求弹性以及供电公司边际供电成本的不同,制定不同的价格以引导用户用电需求.算例分析表明了所设计的分时电价模型能够提高电力系统的运行效率.;A supply side TOU power price model under Ramsey pricing theory is put forward.The basic idea for such a model is to apply the Ramsey pricing principle to the distinction of time, then to set the price to guide users demand according to the point that the users have different power demand elasticity and the power supply companies have different electric supply side field cost.Examples of analysis show that the proposed model can ensure the system run in a better condition
