电力企业人力资源建设结构体系的ISM分析

运用Delphi法对电力企业人力资源建设结构的主要影响因素及其相互关系进行了调查和分析，运用ISM方法研究了这些主要影响因素及其相互关系的结构层次。研究结果表明，企业人力资源的建设存在一个基本的结构体系，即由基础、培养(训)和目标3个分体系组成。;Delphimethod is applied to the investigation and analysis of the PoweHR structures main factors and their relationships,and ISM method is applied to the research of the main factors and their relationships structure hierarchy.The research result shows that enterprises H R structure system has ageneral structural system,namely,the system composed of base,training and target subsystem
