350MW煤/高炉煤气混烧锅炉多工况热力计算的研究

Abstract:

在许多电厂中,电站锅炉都不同程度地存在着蒸汽温度偏离设计值的问题.针对某电厂3#锅炉主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度同时偏低的问题,编制适用于此锅炉的热力计算程序.在改变几种运行工况进行热力计算、分析计算结果后,得出了不同参数的改变对炉膛出口烟温、过热蒸汽、再热蒸汽、排烟温度的影响规律,为改善锅炉汽温特性、解决汽温偏低的问题提供依据.;It is the usual case that the steam temperature is different from the design value in many power plants'boilers. To resolve the problem that the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature are low at a power plant, which is burned mixture of pulverized coal and blast furnace gas, a thermal calculation program is designed and calculated for the boiler. By changing the operational condition respectively, the results of thermal calculation are obtained. Some conclusions are provided for improving the steam temperature property, resolving the problem of low steam temperature and, thus optimizing the operation of the boiler
