生物质气化发电过程中焦油蒸汽催化裂解的研究Abstract: 焦油的消除是生物质气化发电的关键技术之一,以1-甲基萘为生物质气化焦油的模型化合物,选择N iMo/Al2O3催化剂在一定条件下对其进行催化裂解.为了预测焦油的转化率与催化剂的积炭失活,采用4集焦油催化裂解物理模型,将焦油与焦炭分别作为独立的一集,重点研究了焦油催化裂解转化与催化剂的积炭,计算得到各个子过程的动力学参数和反应活化能,并通过实验对生物质气化焦油催化裂解模型进行了评估.;The catalytic cracking of tar component from high temperature gas cleaning in biomass gasification for electric power generation is one of the key technologies.1-methylnaphthalene is chosen as a model of tar component in this paper.The effects of reaction temperature and space velocity are studied in certain conditions.A 4-lump kinetic model,which relates the tar component conversion to coke yield,is developed to describe the catalytic cracking process of tar component.The kinetic parameters of the Arrhenius' law and the deactivation parameters are estimated by a non-linear regression program.The expression for the coke yield as a function of tar component conversion is shown to predict the experimental data
