10kV用户高压配置继电保护的整定与管理

针对10 kV专用变压器用户不断增多,变压器容量不断增大,以及用户设备故障对系统的影响也不断增加的情况,结合淳安县供电局的实际,以继电保护整定与管理为研究对象,重点从保护配置、整定管理的必要性,以及整定原则与对策、管理经验等方面进行了论述.现场应用表明该处理方法有效、可行.;Since 10 kV transformer and its capacity are increasing and user’s influence of equipment failure on power system are increasing now，this study，combining the actual situation of Chun’an county，takes the relay protection setting and management as the research objects， focusing on the necessity of the relay protection，setting， setting principle and measures， management experience and so on.The application results show the effectiveness and feasibility of processing method
