功能性补强剂Create-E2在高压钢丝胶管配方中的应用

以功能性补强剂Create-E2等量替代白炭黑应用于高压钢丝胶管的中层胶和外层胶配方中，并对其性能进行研究。结果表明：与白炭黑补强胶料相比，补强剂Create-E2填充胶料的H抽出力变化不大，物理性能略微下降；成品高压钢丝胶管性能满足GB/T 3683.1—2006和ISO 1436-1：2001标准要求，成本下降。;The functional reinforcing agent Create-E₂ was used to replace silica in equal amount in the formulation of middle and outer layers of high pressure wire hose，and their properties were investigated. The results showed that，compared with compound reinforced by silica，the H pull-out force of the compound reinforced by Create-E₂ changed little，the physical properties decreased slightly，the property of finished high pressure wire hose met the requirements of GB/T 3683.1—2006 and ISO 1436-1：2001，and the cost was reduced
