Abstract:

采用共凝聚法制备羧基丁腈橡胶/石墨烯纳米复合材料,并研究共凝聚过程的影响因素。结果表明:在pH值为2~10时,羧基丁腈胶乳和石墨烯水相分散液的Zeta电位均为负值,不加凝聚剂无法使两种粒子凝聚;氯化钙和硫酸铝具有较好的共凝聚效果;当搅拌速率达到300 r·min-1及以上时,可形成粒径较小且均一的共凝聚粒子;调节凝聚温度可控制共凝聚粒子的粒径大小。;The XNBR/graphene nanocomposite was prepared by hetero-coagulation,and the factors influencing the hetero-coagulation process were investigated.The results showed that the Zeta potential of XNBR latex and graphene in aqueous medium were negative,and the particles could not be coagulated in the pH value of 2~10 without the coagulant.It was found that CaCl2 and Al2(SO43 produced a preferable effect on the hetero-coagulation;when the agitation speed reached 300 r·min-1 or higher,small and uniform coagulated particles could be formed.The particle size of coagulated XNBR/graphene particles could be adjusted by the coagulating temperature
