受阻酚AO-80/改性白炭黑/NBR复合材料的性能

研究受阻酚AO-80/硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑/NBR复合材料的性能。结果表明，随着受阻酚AO-80用量的增大，受阻酚AO-80/硅烷偶联剂改性白炭黑/NBR复合材料的玻璃化温度和损耗因子峰值明显升高，阻尼性能明显提高；物理性能下降，但仍可满足使用要求。;The properties of hindered phenol AO-80/silane coupling agent modified silica/NBR composite were studied.The results showed that as the addition level of hindered phenol AO-80 increased，the T_g and peak value of tanδ of the composite increased significantly，and the damping property of the composite was improved significantly；the physical properties of the composite were decreased，but still met the requirements in service
