Abstract:

研制耐辐照无卤低烟阻燃EPDM电缆绝缘材料。胶料优化配方为:EPDM(Nordel IP 4770P) 100,白炭黑 20,氧化锌 5,硬脂酸 1,氢氧化镁 120,硼酸锌 10,抗辐射剂(Polymer A) 25,石蜡油 20,防老剂MB 1,防老剂RD 2,助交联剂TAIC 1,助交联剂HVA-2 0.5,硫化剂DCP 3。优化配方胶料具有良好的阻燃性能、耐辐照性能和物理性能,可用于核电站1E级回路用电缆的绝缘。;A radiation resistant,halogen-free,low smoke generating and flame retardant EPDM insulating compound for cable was developed.The optimized formulation of compound was as follows:EPDM(Nordel IP 4770P) 100,silica 20,zinc oxide 5,stearic acid 1,magnesium hydroxide 120,zinc borate 10,anti-radiation agent Polymer A 25,paraffin oil 20,antioxidant MB 1,antioxidant RD 2,secondary curing agent TAIC 1,secondary curing agent HVA-2 0.5,curing agent DCP 3.The optimized compound possessed good flame retardant property,radiation resistance and physical properties,and it could be used as the insulating materials of the class 1E cables for nuclear power generatingstations.
