大直径高阻尼隔震橡胶支座力学性能的研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.05.0371 Keywords: [大直径,高阻尼,隔震橡胶支座,力学性能,设计值,测试值,竖向压缩性能,水平性能, 大直径,高阻尼,隔震橡胶支座,力学性能,设计值,测试值,竖向压缩性能,水平性能,large diameter,high damping,isolation rubber bearing,mechanical properties,design value,test value,vertical compressibility,horizontal characteristics] Abstract: 对直径为1 500 mm的高阻尼隔震橡胶支座(HDR1500支座)的力学性能测试值与设计值进行对比研究。结果表明:HDR1500支座的水平性能剪应变相关性测试值与设计值偏差在±20%以内,竖向压缩性能、水平性能剪应变相关性、水平性能频率相关性和反复加载相关性测试值均满足EN15129:2018要求;各支座力学性能偏差较小,稳定性好。;The mechanical property test value and design value of 1 500 mm diameter high damping isolation rubber bearing(HDR1500 bearing) were carried out comparative study.The results showed that,the deviation of the design value and the test value of the shear strain dependence of horizontal characteristics of the HDR1500 bearing was within ±20%.The vertical compressibility,shear strain dependence of horizontal characteristics,frequency dependence of horizontal characteristics,and repeated cycling dependence all met the requirements of EN15129:2018.The deviation of mechanical property of the bearing was smaller,and stability was good
