促进剂LaDiPDP对NR胶料硫化特性的影响

试验研究促进剂O，O′-二异丙基二硫代磷酸镧(LaDiPDP)对NR胶料硫化特性的影响，并与常用促进剂进行对比。结果表明，硫黄/促进剂LaDiPDP体系在NR胶料中具有明显的硫化促进作用和优良的抗硫化返原效果；随着促进剂LaDiPDP用量的增大，NR胶料的硫化速度和硫化程度逐渐提高；NR的硫化温度可以升高到160 ℃。与常用促进剂BZ，TMTD，DM和NOBS相比，促进剂LaDiPDP具有适中的硫化速度和较好的抗硫化返原性能。;The effect of accelerator lanthanum O，O′-diisopropyldithiophosphate(LaDiPDP) on the curing behavior of NR compound was experimentally investigated and compared to those of ordinary accelerators.The results showed that the sulfur/LaDiPDP curing stytem obviously improved the vulcanization rate and anti-reversion property of NR compound；the curing rate and curing state were increased as the addition level of LaDiPDP increased；the curing temperature could be enhanced up to 160 ℃.Compared to ordinary accelerators BZ，TMTD，DM and NOBS，LaDiPDP featured a moderate curing rate and better anti-reversion property
