恒粘处理方式对天然橡胶性能的影响

研究鲜天然胶乳中添加盐酸羟胺及湿凝胶粒进行盐酸羟胺溶液浸泡和喷淋的3种恒粘处理方式对天然橡胶（NR）性能的影响。结果表明，经恒粘处理后，NR的塑性初值和门尼粘度减小，塑性保持率增大，拉伸性能下降。3种恒粘处理方式均可有效减小NR的门尼粘度，其中鲜天然胶乳恒粘处理NR的恒粘保持效果最好，湿凝胶粒喷淋恒粘处理NR的恒粘保持效果最差。;The effects of three diffent constant viscidity treatment methods including adding hydroxylamine hydrochloride to flash natural rubber latex，steeping natural coagulum granules in hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution and spraying hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution to natural coagulum granules on the properties of constant viscidity natural rubber（NR） were studied.The results showed that after constant viscidity treatment，plasticity initial number and Mooney viscosity of NR decreased，plasticity retention index increased，tensile stress-strain properties were become bad.All of the three constant viscosity treatment methods could reduced the Mooney viscosity of NR effectively，and the viscidity retention of the first method was the best while that of the last method was the worst
