Abstract:

基于控制变量法与正交试验法,对海上风机钢桩桩塞器橡胶密封圈性能进行有限元分析,研究了材料硬度、接触面摩擦因数、压缩率和接触面椭圆度对桩塞器橡胶密封圈性能的影响,以及截面几何参数对桩塞器橡胶密封圈性能的影响程度。结果表明:桩塞器橡胶密封圈的材料硬度与压缩率增大均会使其密封性能提升,但同时也会产生负面影响;接触面摩擦因数增大对其密封性能无明显影响;截面几何参数对其工作性能影响从大到小依次为截面宽度、接触面椭圆度、截面长度。;Based on the control variable method and orthogonal test method,the performance of the rubber sealing ring for offshore wind turbine steel pile plug was analyzed by finite element method.The influence of material hardness,contact surface friction coefficient,compression ratio and contact surface ovality on the performance of the rubber sealing ring was studed,as well as the influence degree of the cross-section geometry parameters on the performance of the rubber sealing ring was researched.The results showed that the increase of material hardness and compression ratio of the rubber sealing ring would improve its sealing performance,but at the same time,they would also have a negative impact.The increase of contact surface friction coefficient had no significant effect on sealing performance of the rubber sealing ring.The effect the cross-section geometry parameters on working performance of the rubber sealing ring was in order of section width,contact surface ovality,and section length from large to small
