橡胶与新型气体灭火剂的相容性研究

对现阶段气体灭火剂（简称灭火剂）灭火系统常用的3种橡胶材料[丁腈橡胶（NBR）、高温硫化硅橡胶（HTV）和氟橡胶（FKM）]与3种新型灭火剂（Novec 1230，HCFO-1233zd和HFO-1336）进行常温-常压和高低温-高压浸泡试验，并对浸泡后橡胶的质量、体积、硬度和拉伸性能进行测试和分析，以研究3种橡胶与新型灭火剂的相容性。结果表明：常温-常压下，3种橡胶均易溶胀，但不易发生溶解，3种橡胶均适用于Novec 1230贮存设备密封件，在不考虑体积变化的情况下NBR和HTV适用于HFO-1336贮存设备密封件；高低温-高压下，3种橡胶的溶解速率均增大，HCFO-1233zd贮存设备密封件不建议使用这3种橡胶，HFO-1336贮存设备密封件建议使用HTV，Novec 1230贮存设备密封件建议使用NBR和HTV。;In order to study the compatibility of rubber and new gas fire extinguishing agents（short fire extinguishing agent），the immersion tests of normal temperature-normal pressure and high and low temperature cycle-high pressure with three kinds of common rubber materials [Nitrile rubber（NBR），high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber（HTV） and fluorine rubber（FKM）] and three kinds of new fire extinguishing agents（Novec 1230，HCFO-1233zd and HFO-1336） were carried out，and the mass，volume，hardness and tensile properties of immersed rubber were tested and analyzed.The results showed that under normal temperature-normal pressure，all three kinds of rubber were easy to swell，but not easy to dissolve and suitable for Novec 1230 storage equipment seals，NBR and HTV were suitable for HFO-1336 storage equipment seals without considering the change of their volume.Under high and low temperature cycle-high pressure，the dissolution rate of three kinds of rubber increased，all three kinds of rubber were not suitable for HCFO-1233zd storage equipment seals，HTV was suitable for HFO-1336 storage equipment seals，NBR and HTV were suitable for Novec 1230 storage equipment seals
