天然橡胶环氧化改性工艺研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.01.0061 Keywords: [天然橡胶,天然胶乳,环氧化,乳化剂,中和剂,缓冲剂,温度,催化剂,环氧度,反应效率, 天然橡胶,天然胶乳,环氧化,乳化剂,中和剂,缓冲剂,温度,催化剂,环氧度,反应效率,natural rubber,epoxy natural rubber,dioxirane,potassium peroxodisulfate] Abstract: 研究中性环境制备环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)的工艺。本试验确定的天然橡胶(NR)环氧化改性体系反应条件如下:乳化剂 异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚1308,体系的NR固形物质量分数 0.25~0.28,NR/丙酮/过氧硫酸氢钾的物质的量比 1∶0.435∶0.190,温度 4~8 ℃。在此反应条件下可制得环氧度为28%、反应效率为73.68%的ENR。此方法制得的ENR性能稳定,副产物少。;Epoxy natural rubber was prepared by in situ formation of dioxane in an ice bath using potassium peroxodisulfate complex salt as oxidation agent and ketone as catalyst agent. The pH of the system was adjusted and controlled with sodium bicarbonate. The optimal formulation and process of the system were as follows: isomeric tridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as an emulsifier, the solid content of the natural rubber in the emulsion was 25%-28%, the temperature was 4℃-8℃, the molar ratio of NR, acetone and potassium peroxodisulfate complex salt was 1﹕0.435﹕0.190. The ENR having an epoxy degree of 28% and a reaction efficiency of 73.68% was obtained. The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). The reaction process conditions were mild, the prepared epoxy natural rubber had stable performance and few by-products
