工艺条件对废旧轮胎胶粉脱硫效果的影响DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2020.03.0214 Keywords: [废旧轮胎胶粉,再生橡胶,脱硫,工艺条件,门尼粘度,拉伸性能, 废旧轮胎胶粉,再生橡胶,脱硫,工艺条件,门尼粘度,拉伸性能,waste tire rubber powder,reclaimed rubber,desulfuration,process condition,Mooney viscosity,physical property] Abstract: 利用硫化机对废旧轮胎胶粉进行再生,研究脱硫温度、脱硫时间和脱硫压力对再生橡胶门尼粘度和物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着脱硫温度的升高,再生橡胶的门尼粘度减小,硫化再生橡胶的拉伸性能先提高后降低;随着脱硫时间的延长或脱硫压力的增大,再生橡胶的门尼粘度减小,硫化再生橡胶的拉伸性能下降。当脱硫温度为250 ℃、脱硫时间为10 min、脱硫压力为2.5 MPa时,再生橡胶的综合性能较好。;The waste tire rubber powder was regenerated by vulcanizing machine,and the influence of desulfuration temperature,time and pressure on Mooney viscosity and physical properties of reclaimed rubber powder was studied.The results showed that,as the desulfuration temperature increase,Mooney viscosity of reclaimed rubber decreased,and the tensile properties of vulcanized reclaimed rubber increased at first and then decreased.As the desulfuration time extended or pressure increased,Mooney viscosity of reclaimed rubber decreased,and the physical properties of vulcanized reclaimed rubber decreased.When the desulfuration temperature was 250 ℃,the desulfuration time was 10 min,and the desulfuration pressure was 2.5 MPa,the comprehensive performance of reclaimed rubber was better
