CM/RIIR并用胶性能研究

研究氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/IIR再生胶(RIIR)并用比对CM/RIIR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明，随着CM/RIIR并用比的减小，并用胶M_L和M_H-M_L减小，t₁₀和t₉₀总体呈缩短趋势，压缩永久变形和DIN磨耗量增大，拉断伸长率和回弹值减小，拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐油性能先保持稳定后明显下降；CM/RIIR并用比对并用胶耐热空气老化性能影响不大。;The effects of the CM/RIIR blending ratio on the properties of CM/RIIR blend were investigated.The results showed that，as the CM/RIIR blending ratio decreased，the M_L and M_H-M_L of the blend decreased，the t₁₀ and t₉₀ tended to shorten on the whole，the compression set and DIN abrasion loss increased，the elongation at break and resilience decreased，the tensile strength，tear strength and oil resistance kept stable at first and then dropped significantly；the CM/RIIR blending ratio had little effect on the hot air aging property of the blend
