深海环境水密接插件用氯丁橡胶性能研究DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.02.0097 Keywords: [氯丁橡胶,深海水下环境,硫化时间,硫化体系,炭黑,白炭黑, 氯丁橡胶,深海水下环境,硫化时间,硫化体系,炭黑,白炭黑,CR,deep-sea underwater environment,curing time,curing system,carbon black,silica] Abstract: 研究硫化体系、硫化时间和补强体系对氯丁橡胶(CR2442)在深海环境下性能的影响。结果表明:硫化时间为60 min时胶料的拉伸强度最大;增加1份炭黑N550或白炭黑能使CR2442胶料的硬度增大0.5或0.4度左右;最终优化配方为CR2442 100,炭黑N550 20,白炭黑 10,氧化锌 4,氧化镁 2,芳烃油 14,活性剂SAD 0.5,防老剂RD 1,防老剂4010 2,硫黄 2,促进剂DM 0.15,相应胶料性能满足深海环境水密接插件性能要求。;The influence of curing system,curing time and reinforcement system on the properties of chloroprene rubber 2442(CR2442) for deep sea watertight connectors were investigated. The results showed that,the tensile strength of the compound was the best as the curing time was 60 min. The hardness of CR2442 compound could increase by 0.4-0.5 as the addition level of carbon black N550 or silica increased by 1 phr. The optimal formulation was as follows:CR2442 100,carbon black N550 20,silica 10,ZnO 4,MgO 2,aromatic oil 14,active agent SAD 0.5,antioxidant RD 1,antioxidant 4010 2,sulfur 2,and accelerator DM 0.15.
