动态硫化TPNR物理性能的研究

研究树脂品种、橡塑共混比及白炭黑用量对动态硫化热塑性天然橡胶（TPNR）物理性能的影响。结果表明，与采用聚丙烯（PP）或线形低密度聚乙烯制备的TPNR相比，采用高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）制备的TPNR综合物理性能较好；当NR/HDPE共混比为60/40、白炭黑用量为24份时，动态硫化TPNR具有优异的物理性能。在硬度接近的条件下，采用HDPE制备的TPNR综合物理性能优于采用PP制备的商品TPNR。;The influences of the type of resin，the blending ratio of rubber/resin，and the addition level of silica on the physical properties of dynamically vulcanized TPNR were investigated.The results showed that the TPNR prepared by HDPE had better comprehensive physical properties than those by PP or LLDPE；the TPNR possessed excellent physical properties when the blending ratio of NR/HDPE was 60/40，and the addition level of silica was 24 phr；the TPNR(NR/HDPE) had better comprehensive physical properties compared to the commerical TPNR prepared by PP when the hardness was similar
