碳纤维对顺丁橡胶导热性能的影响

研究碳纤维用量对碳纤维/顺丁橡胶（BR）复合材料性能的影响。结果表明：随着碳纤维用量的增大，碳纤维/BR复合材料的M_H和门尼粘度增大，加工性能下降；热导率明显增大，导热性能提高；邵尔A型硬度和拉伸强度逐渐增大，拉断伸长率、拉断永久变形和撕裂强度均先增大后减小。;The effect of addition level of carbon fiber on the properties of carbon fiber/BR composite was investigated.The results showed that，as the addition level of carbon fiber increased，the M_H and the Mooney viscosity increased，so the processability decreased；the heat conduction coefficient increased significantly；Shore A hardness and tensile strength increased，and the elongation at break，tensile set at break and tear strength increased at first and then decreased
