MVQ海绵老化性能的研究

研究经过6个月常温贮存、60 ℃老化和60 ℃加载老化试验后甲基乙烯基硅橡胶（MVQ）海绵性能的变化。结果表明，经过常温贮存和60 ℃老化后的MVQ海绵松弛率增大，厚度、破坏应变和损耗因子（tanδ）都无明显变化，说明MVQ海绵具有较好的耐热老化性能；经过60 ℃加载老化后MVQ海绵明显变薄，破坏应变大幅度降低，松弛率有一定程度增大，tanδ略有减小，说明加载因素对MVQ海绵的性能有较大影响。;The changes of the physical properties of MVQ foam test pieces after aging for 6 monthes at room temperature，60 ℃ and 60 ℃ + loading respectively were investigated.The results showed that the relaxtion rates of the test pieces aged at room temperature and 60 ℃ increased，but their thickness，break-down strain and tanδ changed little indicating that MVQ foam had better heat resistance；and the thickness and break-down strain of the test piece aged at 60 ℃ + loading decreased significantly，its relaxation rate increased at a certain level and its tanδ decreased a little indicating that the loading had greater effect on the properties of MVQ
