Abstract:

采用伊蒙粘土(I/S)等量代替炭黑填充天然橡胶,研究了伊蒙粘土(I/S)的含量对复合材料的硫化特性、力学性能、动态力学性能、导热性等的影响。研究结果表明:随着I/S含量的增加,混炼胶的Payne效应减弱,最大扭矩MH减小,正硫化时间变短;当I/S的含量为5份、7份时,其力学性能、耐磨性与纯炭黑相近,并且明显好于添加10份、15份I/S时复合材料的力学性能、耐磨性;随着I/S含量的增加,硫化胶的耐老化、气密性、耐冲击性能增强;DMA测试表明I/S的加入可以明显提高胶料的抗湿滑性,减小滚动阻力。;The effects of the content of I / S on the vulcanization, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composites were studied by using Yimeng clay (I / S) instead of carbon black filled with natural rubber. The results show that with the increase of I / S content, the Payne effect of the compound decreases, the maximum torque MH decreases, and the time of vulcanization becomes shorter. When the content of I / S is 5 and 7, the mechanical properties , The wear resistance is close to that of pure carbon black, and it is obviously better than that of adding 10 parts and 15 parts of I / S. The mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of the composites are improved. With the increase of I / S content, The results show that the addition of I / S can improve the wettability of the compound and reduce the rolling resistance
