TPI/HVBR共混物的性能Keywords: [高反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯,高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶,共混物,物理性能,动态粘弹性, 高反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯,高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶,共混物,物理性能,动态粘弹性,trans-1,4-poly isoprene,high vinyl poly butadiene,blend,dynamic visco-elasticity,physical property] Abstract: 研究了高反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)/ 高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(HVBR)共混物的性能,特别是其滚动阻力、生热和抗湿滑性的平衡问题。试验结果表明,通过并用HVBR,可以大大改善TPI的抗湿滑性。与TPI比较,TPI/HVBR并用比为60/40时,0 ℃时的tanδ值增大了近3倍,并用比为40/60时,0 ℃时的tanδ值增大了7倍。TPI/HVBR在60和80 ℃时的tanδ值低于TPI,较好地解决了TPI使用过程中滚动阻力、生热和抗湿滑性的平衡问题。并用比适当的TPI/HVBR共混物具有较好的综合性能。适当配合的TPI/HVBR共混物在物理性能上还具有一定的互补作用。;The properties of trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI)/high vinyl poly butadiene (HVBR) blends,especially the balance among rolling resistance,heat build-up and wet traction were investigated.The results showed that the wet traction of TPI improved greatly by blending with HVBR;tanδδ at 0 ℃ of TPI/HVBR with blending ratio of 60/40 increased nearly by three times when compared to that of TPI alone;and tanδat 0 ℃ increased by seven times when TPI/HVBR with blending ratio of 40/ 60 was used.The tanδ values at 60 and 80 ℃ of TPI/HVBR were lower than those of TPI respectively,thus the balance among rolling resistance,heat build-up and wet traction were obtained
