轴/径向同时运动轮胎成型机成型鼓的 设计与分析

对传统的轮胎成型机成型鼓进行改进，设计能够实现轴/径向同时运动的轮胎成型机成型鼓。采用SolidWorks软件设计的轴/径向同时运动的轮胎成型机成型鼓由动力输入机构、内瓦驱动机构和外瓦驱动机构组成，对虚拟样机进行实体装配和运动仿真，通过Ansys有限元分析对成型鼓驱动单元机构进行强度校核，验证了该设计的合理性和可行性。;The conventional building drum of tire building machine was improved to design new tire building drum with simultaneous movement of axial/radial directions.The structure of the building drum with simultaneous axial/radial motion was composed of power input mechanism，inner-shell drive mechanism and outer-shell drive mechanism，which was designed by SolidWorks software.The virtual prototype was assembled and simulated.The strength of building drum driving unit was checked by Ansys finite element analysis，which verified the rationality and feasibility of the design
