基于二级的双头短幅内外摆线型螺杆泵举升性能对比DOI: 10.12136/j.issn.1000-890X.2019.09.0699 Keywords: [短幅外摆线,短幅内摆线,螺杆泵,举升性能,临界接触应力, 短幅外摆线,短幅内摆线,螺杆泵,举升性能,临界接触应力,short-amplitude external cycloidal,short-amplitude internal cycloidal,screw pump,lifting performance,critical contact stress] Abstract: 以基于二级的双头短幅外摆线型螺杆泵为研究对象,对腔室内压力形成以及举升压力和排量等举升性能进行分析。结果表明:与双头短幅内摆线型螺杆泵相比,双头短幅外摆线型螺杆泵的举升压力和排量均降低30%左右;油田用双头短幅内摆线型螺杆泵可以有效提高工作效率,节省时间,而双头短幅外摆线型螺杆泵生产和检修成本低,适用于产量低的浅井。;Taking two-stage double-thread short-amplitude internal cycloidied screw pump as the research object,the chamber pressure formation and lifting performance such as lifting pressure and displacement were analyzed.The results show that,compared with the double-thread short-amplitude internal cycloidal screw pump,the lifting pressure and displacement of double-thread short-amplitude external cycloidal pump were reduced by about 30%.Therefore double-thread short-amplitude internal cycloidal screw pump used in oil field could improve work efficiency and save time more effectively,the production and maintenance costs of the double-thread short-amplitude external cycloidal screw pump were much lower,so it was suitable for shallow wells with low production
