Abstract:

分析表征氟橡胶(FKM)低温脆化性能的玻璃化温度(Tg)、低温回缩温度(TR10)和脆性温度(Tbri)之间的关系,研究生胶、填料、混炼工艺等对二元和三元FKM胶料低温脆化性能的影响。结果表明:FKM的Tg与TR10相近,均能反映FKM分子链的低温运动和玻璃态温度;过氧化物硫化高氟FKM胶料的耐低温性能较好,双酚硫化二元FKM胶料的耐低温性能较差;填充炭黑N774的FKM胶料耐低温性能较好;塑炼次数对FKM胶料的低温脆化性能影响小。;The relationship between the glass transition temperature(Tg),low temperature retraction temperature(TR10) and brittleness temperature(Tbri) characterizating the low temperature performance of fluoroelastomer(FKM)was analysed.The effects of raw rubber,fillers and mixing process on the low temperature brittlement properties of binary and ternary FKM were investigated.The results showed that,Tg of FKM was similar to TR10,which both could reflect the low temperature motion and glass state temperature of FKM molecular chain.The peroxide-cured FKM with high fluorine content had better low temperature resistance,and the bisphenol-cured binary FKM had worse low temperature resistance.The FKM filled with carbon black N774 had better low temperature resistance.Mixing times had little effect on the low temperature brittleness of FKM
