废轮胎胎侧胶粉的热解反应特性及动力学研究Keywords: [废轮胎,胎侧,胶粉,热解,动力学, 废轮胎,胎侧,胶粉,热解,动力学,waste tire,sidewall,rubber powder,pyrolysis,kinetics] Abstract: 利用热综合分析仪研究废轮胎胎侧胶粉在不同升温速率下的热解反应特性,建立并求解热解动力学模型。结果表明:废轮胎胎侧胶粉的热解温度区间集中在300~500 ℃;热解过程主要有天然橡胶和合成橡胶的分解2个阶段;随着升温速率的增大,热解反应逐渐发生延迟,热解过程的总质量损失略有减小;用一级反应模型描述废轮胎胎侧胶粉的热解过程,得到升温速率分别为10,20,30,40和50 ℃·min-1时,反应活化能分别为71.998,69.067,80.779和75.011和82.676 kJ·mol-1,线性拟合的相关系数均超过0.99。;The pyrolysis characteristics of the waste tire sidewall rubber powder under different heating rates were investigated by the thermogravimetric analyzer,the kinetics model was established and solved.The results showed that,the pyrolysis temperature interval of waste tire sidewall rubber powder was from 300 to 500 ℃;pyrolysis process has 2 stages,respectively for the decomposition of natural rubber and synthetic rubber;with the increase of heating rate,pyrolysis reaction gradually delayed and the total weight loss during pyrolysis decreased slightly.The pyrolysis process of the tire sidewall rubber powder was described by using first-order reaction model,when the heating rates were 10,20,30,40 and 50 ℃·min-1 respectively,the activation energys were 71.998,69.067,80.779,75.011 and 82.676 kJ·mol-1,the linear fitting correlation coefficients were more than 0.99
